I have been helping people understand their options and the process of buying and selling real estate for more than 38 years. . This experience will be very helpful in creating the optimum profile and marketing strategy for your home.

STEP 2. PRICING
We analyze market trends, current listings and recent sales to determine the best strategy and most appropriate listing price to help you achieve the top price and best terms for the sale of your home.

STEP 3. STAGING
Suggestion: Try to see your home like a prospective buyer.
Inside: Let go of clutter, remove personal items, clear and clean surfaces, add flowers, show off storage spaces and so on. Also ... we can help arrange for small xes, repairs and painting that can help create the impression of a well kept home.
Outside: Create a positive first impression from the get-go with ‘curb-appeal’ – an enticing and attractive entryway that leads to well-manicured lawns and colourful landscaping. Pay special attention to your front entrance – the door, the porch.
Of course, inside or out, we will be pleased to help and advise.

STEP 4. MARKETING
We explore the full range of promotional avenues to be certain your property receives maximum exposure:
